To qualify, all items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging
- Returned with all original tags attached
To maintain the highest hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been worn or show any signs of use, including makeup marks, perfume, deodorant, stains, or any noticeable odors.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item delivered is defective or differs from the order placed.
Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
